An Early-1900s Lumber Facility, Renovated for Tenants

Billy Penn Studios is a modern adaptive-reuse renovation of a complex of adjacent industrial buildings totaling 180,000 sq ft. The oldest sections were built in Olde Kensington in the early 1900s as a lumber facility. The property has recently had an extensive renovation into modern business and retail spaces for lease.

What was deployed

Aethair IAQ from the Lobby to the Event Spaces

Aethair monitors air quality across the common areas of Billy Penn Studios. Aethair IAQ monitors are installed in the high-traffic areas: monitoring begins at the entrance lobby and extends into all of the common areas, including hallways and event spaces.

QR codes and display screens throughout the building give anyone access to the real-time air quality readings Aethair monitors continuously, so tenants and visitors can see the air quality for themselves.
