Trolex Sentro X
Gas Detectors
The Trolex Sentro X (TX6310) is a fixed gas-detection platform for mining and heavy industry. One controller takes a single hot-swappable, self-identifying gBloc sensor for CO, H₂, H₂S, NH₃, NO, NO₂, O₂, SO₂, CH₄, or CO₂, and reports live concentration plus STEL, TWA, and %LEL alarms over RS485 Modbus RTU, 4–20 mA, and 0.4–2 V.
Measures
What the Trolex Sentro X Measures
10 parameters, each linked to its page: the sensors, units, and standards behind it.
PlannedThis integration is listed ahead of its release. It is not yet available through Thiamis, so it is not offered in the configurator.

What the Trolex Sentro X Gets From Aethair
Connected through Thiamis, its readings arrive in the same Environet account as Aethair's own monitors.
Live data and alerts
Environet shows the instrument live and alerts the people you choose by email, SMS, and webhook, at the thresholds you set. Noesis sets up a dashboard, a report, or an alert from a plain-text request.
Compliance reports
Aethair Reports produces scheduled or on-demand reports from the instrument's readings, as a PDF or secure link. Templates cover Aethair Blue, WELL v2, cabin air (ISO 23875), and the CMS-2567 healthcare codebook (ASHRAE 170), or you can report against custom limits such as OSHA PELs, NAAQS, EPA guidance, or your own program limits.
Dashboards and the app
Environet dashboards and the Aethair App show the instrument's readings just like any Aethair device. The occupant-facing Aethair Dashboards status display is built around Aethair IAQ and Aethair PRO.

Questions
Trolex Sentro X FAQ
Which gases can the Sentro X detect?
The Sentro X takes one hot-swappable gBloc that self-identifies its gas type and range. Approved gBlocs cover carbon monoxide (CO, to 1000 ppm), hydrogen (H₂, to 1000 ppm), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S, to 50 ppm), ammonia (NH₃, to 500 ppm), nitric oxide (NO, to 50 ppm), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂, to 100 ppm), oxygen (O₂, to 25% v/v), sulfur dioxide (SO₂, to 20 ppm), methane (CH₄, 5% v/v pellistor or 100% v/v infrared), and carbon dioxide (CO₂, 100% v/v infrared). Each reports live concentration plus STEL, TWA, and, for flammables, %LEL.
How does the gBloc sensing module work?
A gBloc is an intrinsically safe, pre-calibrated gas-sensing module that plugs into the Sentro X controller or a remote sensor and can be hot-swapped with the power on. Each gBloc carries its own gas type, range, serial number, and default STEL/TWA setpoints, which the controller adopts automatically on insertion. When a gBloc for a different gas is inserted, the controller detects the change and reconfigures itself without recalibration.
